What Causes Fever With Body Aches And Skin Rash?

My adult son (age 50) has had a fever for 7 days. He has had body aches, headache, and a skin rash. He has been checked for strep and that turned out negative. He just told his wife he feels like it is hard to swallow. He also went in and go checked for a tick bite and that turned out negative.
