What Causes Fever With Bruises On Body And Black Sore In Mouth?

my husband is now suffering fever and has body bruises in some parts of his body, He has also black sore in the mouth and every morning when he spits theres some blood on it. This morning while he is working his nose bleeds. For a bout a week that he has a fever. Need some help and advice
