What Causes Fever With Chills And Stomach Cramps?

hi i am 29 years old women..and i get hard breathing sometimes and pain in my head..and stomach cramps after my period is over..but this is getting worst with time..now i have fever and i feel chilly even though the weather is hot..could u please tell me what the disease is??thank you.
