What Causes Fever With Rashes On Arms And Ears, Swollen Lips And Bruises On Face?

well i was asking about my daugter she had a fever with a rush under her arms, four arm behind her ear in her ear her neck, that look like bruies a swollen lips, a runnie noes bruies on her face.. she looks like she was up for days and in a lot of pain.. the doctor didnt say whats wrong... help am worryed
