What Causes Fever With Throat Infection?

hi doctor,

i have a throat infection since from 1 month i took several antibiotics, after i undergone for blood test they said i have mild typhoid i took antibiotics but still i feeel fevrish during evening and throat infection. and my body temp is around 99 what could be the reason
