What Causes Fever,burning Urination And Swollen Groin Lymph Nodes?

ok well i have a fever of 102.4, i have pains in my lower stomach area (sorta like im nauesa or i think its gas because sometimes it goes away when i burp),i also have a sore throat, when i pee it burns my skin because i think its like swollen or raw and it hurts, my lyph nodes toward my vagina hurts when i touch them but they arent bigger than 1 inch, what do i have? should i be worried?
