What Causes Fever,chronic Cough And Green Vomiting In 1 Year Old?

my son is 1 year old he has had a bad cough for two weeks a slight fever in the beginning but has been fever free for about a week. he now hasn't eaten solids in 3 days and doesn't drink as much of his bottles as normal. he has also on two nights vomited once per night and it is bright green like bile. and now too top is off he has pink eye my doctor did a blood test and everything came back normal should i get a second opinion
