What Causes Feverish Feeling And Hoarse Voice After Swallowing Pill Down Wrong Pipe?

I swallowed pill and it went down the wrong pipe. It broke apart but was able to cough up most of it, but I still have lots of residue caught up. Do I stay home or go to the ER. I am sweating like a fever, but voice is scratchy but my breathing is fine.
