What Causes Fibroadenosis?

i m 24 years of age ,i felt some very small small glimpse from past 1-2 months and pain also.now i recently visited a doctor ,she said that its not sign of breast cancer but yes it is a sign of fibroadenosis.so my question is what are the main reason behind this problem.
