What Causes Fibroids Post Menopause?

why am I having fibroids after menopause. I am nervous because the doctor is giving me options on what I want to do. I have been bleeding at this late date. I am 71. I had a ultrasound and she says it it non-cancerous, but she is giving me options. My mother died of ovarian cancer. Am I in danger at this late stage of life. I don t know my doctor very well. Dr tibodeau-cahn. I need a lot of questions answered. I need to know if she is a good mycroscopic doctor. I probably didn t spell it correctly.
