What Causes Fibromyalgia?

Hi I am a 49 yr old female with global fleeting nerve pain not exactly fibro myalgia as it does not have the same trigger points. Recently last few weeks have been having sharp left side brain pain followed by all over body nerve pain. Have had a brain mri 2 yrs ago when they found an anomole on left side. Sharp pains are more frequent now and last 30 sec to a min or 2 should I be concerned?
