What Causes Finger Pain With Headache And Itchiness In Scalp?

I have pain in pinky and ring finger hard to type and have a small hernation on c6 wwith also a headache and severe scraching itchy of the head. I had pt on lower back with stim and afterward this happend for four days seem my primary heart is okay but fingers stil not awake and pain to shoulder I have no money to pay for this sorry out on disability from spinal .
