What Causes Fingers And Palms "bubbles" With Pus, Dryness And Cuts?

I have these wierd hand bubbles that appear mostly around my fingers and the middle of my palms. I started to see them on my left and they are now spread throughout both hands. When the hand bubbles are popped, it looks like a pore before it refills with a clear liquid. After all the bubbles are popped, my hands get really dry and small cuts or lacerations are seen. Whats up?
