What Causes Fishy Smell Around Anus?

hi, im a 27 yr old male and am suffering from a unpleasant fishy smell around my anus, i also have abdominal pains and have been having severe headaches over the last 5-6 months, i have had urine samples and blood tests but they have all come back clear! please help!!
