What Causes Fishy Smelling And Loose Stools In A Kid?

Hi! i just want to ask what could be the reason why my 1 year old daughter s stool became loose and smelling fishy? I also noticed after being fed with milk, she vomits. This incident just happened over night and I m afraid she might get dehydrated because everything takes goes out. Thanks!
