What Causes Flakiness Of Skin,puffiness Of Eyelids And Swollen Ankles Post Chemotherapy?

three sessions of chemo with mabthera (bad side effects during threatment, which are treated and go away)and benedustine (?) for CLL, lots of which is in my abdomen,just now skin is starting to flake and eyelids are puffy. ankles are swollen.age: 74, cll since 2005, but only in 2014 did things seem to take off. including operation to remove half of colon because of pre malignant polyp, had to do a full open abdomen surgery because of cll all over the place.concern today is eyes.
