What Causes Flank Pains Radiating To Dorsal Region Up To Rib Cavity?

Hi DR.I am called Brian,a Cameroonian.I have been suffering from flank pains that started from the right flank and then to the left after some time.Its been about 5 years now since it started.At times it radiates to my dorsal region and up a little bit to the rib cavity.Please can you look into my situation ?I really wish to know what might be the likely causes and what to do to solve the situation.
