What Causes Flaring Up Of Eczema After IUD Insertion?

I am 23 and ive seen several doctors about my skin rash that they claim to be eczema. Ive never had a problem with eczema before. My skin was clear until right after the birth of my second child. It flared up really bad and seemed to get worse after i had my IUD (mirena) put in. what could be causing this?
