What Causes Flashing Pain Below Right Toe After Hitting Head?

I am 46, 171cm and 69kg. I have hypothyroidism and taking eltroxin tab. Last month my head had a hard hit when i was entering into a vehicle and after that sometimes I am feeling flashing pain below my right toe. Is it due to any damage to to the nerves in my head? Thank you.
