What Causes Flatulence Along With Grey Coloured Stools?

I suffered from bad fluctuence all day yesterday which is very unusual for me, and have been very sick today, but my sick has turned into a charcoal grey colour. I am experiencing some stomach cramps too. I am feeling rotten and have slept nearly all day! Why is the sickness this charcoal grey colour?
