What Causes Flatulence Along With Loose Stools And Fever In A Toddler?

My toddler is usually very high energy, naps are few and far between usually and she goes strong until about 7pm up at 5am today she got up at 5 very gassy little bit of lose stool. Played most of the morning. Not very hungry (usual behavior) this afternoon she crawled up n my lap and feel asleep with company over (def not usual) and put herself to bed At 6:30 she has a low grade fever of 99.7 but no they symptoms...any ideas?
