What Causes Flatulence With Bad Odour Along With Folliculitis On Face?

I have frequent pungent gas and pungent defication. I am losing hair and have had foliculitus on my face. I am a 56 yr old female and I am unable to socialize or be far from a bathroom because I have soft stool. I have been reduced to wearing a diaper daily. At night while sleeping is the only time I can take it off, since at night I am just going to sleep. I have never had an "accident" once I am in bed ready to sleep. My life has been so altered that when I know I have to go anywhere the problem increases due to stress. I am already being treated for anxiety thru mental health. Can you suggest anything to give me my life back?
