What Causes Flesh Colored Bumps On Foot, Hand And Arm?

I have flesh colored bumps that started out as two on top of my foot, then spread to my hand, and now I have five on my arm. They itch and seem to be spreading and only turn red when I scratch them. I am 18 and this is the first time I am experiencing this and have no known allergies. What could be the cause?
