What Causes Flesh Colored Spots On The Penis?

i have 2 lines of flesh coloured spots undernieth the ridge of my penis, i have searched google over and over again and only what i can see them being is ppp which i have heard you can only be treated with a co2 lazer, i really to get rid of them because it makes me self contious around my partner.
