What Causes Flesh Discharge From Vagina While On Nexplanon?

I am on my period, and I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a white piece of flesh. I have been cramping more than normal this month, and it s the first period I ve had since I got the nexplanon birth control bar. What is the flesh from? I ve never had that happen before.
