What Causes Flesh That Hangs Out Of Vagina While Urinating?

Recently my mom while urinating or whenever she is doing her household work or is in a standing position, some flesh kind of thing hangs out of her vagina,but she doesn't feel any pain or irritation. whenever she lies on bed it goes away. What is this?
