What Causes Fleshy Lumps Inside The Throat?

Over the past couple of days I have noticed small flesh like lumps at and around my throat first of all I was feeling uncomfatable on the right side of my throat so I got a light and looked in my mouth and noticed the lumps. Please could you give some idea of what they could be
