What Causes Floaters And Sharp Lights Making The Vision Blurry?

I have had some unusual symptoms going on. They have been the following vision issues, such as floaters and bright sharp lights that affect my vision makes everything blurry, I also have bad headaches and fatigue as well as depression, cold hands and feet and sometimes feel as if my blood is not flowing properly through my hands, arms, legs and feet alot of cramping. What could these be symptoms of? I'm getting concerned as I have had 2 issues that affected me and my normal routine with the vision. I went to the eye doctor and she said everything looked good possible ocular migraine. But it has happened again and the floaters are still there. Not constant but consistent. Please help!
