What Causes Flower Like Growth In My Inner Ear?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Hello, I have growth in the inner and middle ear canal of my right ear and one in the inner ear canal of my left ear. I only had one in my inner right ear three months ago and in the last three months the other two developed. They are shaped like cauliflower I am told (cant see them myself). What do you think it could be?
