What Causes Fluctuating BP And Blurred Vision?

I started dropping things, blurred vision, unable to say long words in conversation, sudden low BP (102/52 and pulse 42) then spike in BP (198/97) and spike in blood sugar (333). First 3 signs over 3 to 4 days but BP over 2 hr period. Appear to be ok now. What was happening to me?
