What Causes Fluctuating BP And Light Headedness?

I have suddenly experienced a glaring sensation in my surroundings. I quickly suspected blood pressure to the brain so I immediately took readings of my blood pressure on my home wrist blood pressure monitor. I got readings of 93/50; 104/55; 110/54; and 101/54. What is causing this and I also felt a little light headed. After sitting down for about 10 minutes, the light headedness is now gone. Should I see a doctor? I am 81 years old.
