What Causes Fluctuating BP In Spite Of Taking Bystolic 20mg?

Yes, my doctor started me on Bystolic 20mg blood pressure medicine. I started taking it today.
I have been checking it regularly today and the readings have been up and down. Sometimes
180/72. I am also taking Benazepril 15 mg. Will it take a couple of days for my BP to level off
