What Causes Fluctuation In Glucose And Protein Levels?

Hi Dr. Rynne I have a problem . So,for a year in urine tests I had glucose ,mucus, epitherial plate and little crystals ( I have 2 kidney stones ) I had a test for 24 hour urine and protein levels were large,also my nephrologist sent me to other test in witch I had a little small disturbances . Now , recently I made a test of urine and now there is no glucose and no proteins in my tests. I noticed I m feeling worse when I eat sweet . Can you please tell me what that can be?
