What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Pressure Levels Along With Severe Headaches?

hi am 47, weight 70, height 5'4..!! am suferring in high blood pressure when i am 20 years , recently i used normitab plus n sofvasc 5 mg daily in the morning but blood pressure not in control , almost my bp is 160-180/100-90 , now a days i feel so sick back and side pain , sweating , badly headache, leg pain please suggest me best prescribtion .
