What Causes Fluid And Blood Discharge From Nails?

Hi I have fake nails on acrylic and I fell and I put my hands out to save myself and bent my nails right back they have lifted my own nail there leaking fluid and blood I went A and E they did not help all they said was soak in TCP well I ve done this and my fingers are burning quite bad is this normal?
