What Causes Fluid And Enlargement Of Ovary After Cyst Drained?

i have history of ovarian cyst, on my left side there was a large cyst that was covering the left ovary and wrapped around the tube this was drained approx 10 weeks ago. I am still in severe pain with it. i had an ultrasound today and was advised that there are no cysts on the ovaries but there is fluid around the left ovary and now my right ovary is enlarged. What does this mean?
