What Causes Fluid Discharge From Penis During Bowel Movement?

I have fluid exit my penis after and/or during a bowel movement. This is accompanied by pain in the testicles and if I get an erection that same day it s painful along with painful ejaculation. I also have a stinging sensation at the tip of my penis. It also burns when I urinate, but this comes and goes. It goes away for a day or two after drinking soda in excess, particularly Sprite. All this has been going on for years.
