What Causes Fluid Filled Blister In Between The Buttocks?

a massive knot that is about 3 inches long and almost two inches wide has formed on buttocks right next to the beginning of crack there is one place where it has drained but only a very small amount and at first it was cloudy stuff then blood mixture now its only clear liquid. what could this be it is causing this person painful movements
