What Causes Fluid Filled Bumps On Buttocks?

Hi, in the last few days my bum has felt bruised around the ring piece. I noticed a wet feeling earlier and when I went to look I found I had leaked liquid faeces in my underwear. I am too scared to go out in case something like this happens. What could it be? And what could I use to keep it under control if i need to go out?
