What Causes Fluid Filled Bumps On The Face?

i get these bumps on my face, they start out looking like a bug bite, swell up and get all puffy, then turn into somewhat of a leaking sore. I will randomly get them and they take about twenty four hours to completely scab up and stop oozing. It is like my skin cant heal itself, they are not zits and i dont pick at them. Sometimes if i brush my face accidently the scab comes off easily and starts oozing again. When it finally scabs up the scab is a yellow color. I was wondering what this is caused by cause I am not one to touch or pick at my face. And also could it be related to milk allergy maybe?
