What Causes Fluid Filled Itchy Blisters On Hands And Legs?

after being exposed to lavender last fall in a cleaning agent, my husband had a severe reaction with swelling of the lips and was given prednisone and benadryl. Four weeks ago, was in a nursing home visiting brother and had itching on legs and arms with rash. Took Benadryl and went away 10days later. Before going on short weekend vacation, severe itching on Right leg with rash and oozing. When we got home had six little round bites on right elbow? One of these six bites? started oozing today. Benadry helps....what does this sound like?
