What Causes Fluid Filled Lump At The Tip Of Nose?

Hello. I have a little larger than a pin size bump on the very tip of my nose. It is flesh colored and very difficult to see but to the touch it almost feels like a pimple. When broken, there is no blood and very little fluid. I've had it for at least a year or maybe two. It's never oozed on its own or ulcerated. Quite frankly, I poke it to see if it will go away. It heals on its own and stays like that until I poke it again. I actually thought it was a pimple.
It's smooth to the touch. What could this be?
