What Causes Fluid In Ear?

I feel like I have fluid in my right ear, when I open my mouth it pops and i feel fluid in my throat. But now, when i push upwards on my chest, I feel fluid going upwards. When I push anywhere on my body, I feel fluid moving upwards. whats happening to me?
