What Causes Fluid In Ears And Crackling Sound While Swallowing?

I went to a ent doctor and told him that I thought I had fluid in my ears and he said he couldn t see any fluid. Every time I swallow there is a crackling in my ears he gave me a hearing test and said I have lost some hearing I m a female and 55years old but my ears feel like they are blocked should I see someone else it s like having static in my ears YYYY@YYYY
