What Causes Fluid In Lungs?

I am a dialysis patient. I have lots of fluid in my lungs. The hospital takes the fluid off and send me home. The hospital normally takes the fluid off so I can breath better and send me home.. Now the doctor says that they took a sonogram of my heart and they see as mass on my aorta valve. Could that be the cause of the fluid bulld- up in my chest.
