What Causes Fluid Leak From Belly Button After Taking Muscle Relaxers?

I have a friend whose doctor prescribed her birth control but she was allergic to it. He then prescribed her allergy meds anti nausea meds then those gave her headaches and made her muscules tighten so he prescribed her muscule relaxers. Now she is peeing blood and her belly button is leaking some kind of fluid that is burning her skin. What should she do?
