My ankles retain fluid. I do not have any medical issues, no heart, no high blood pressure etc. I do weigh 208 and I am 5 9 and I just started working out using the Jullian Michaels video. I carry the majority of my weight in my thighs, upper arms and stomach. Any suggestions?
