What Causes Fluttering And Sharp Pain On Head While Being Diagnosed With Migraines?

Hello, I have been randomly getting a few times a week a fluttering vibrating feeling on the top left side of my head. I also sometimes get a short stab like pain in the same area. I used to suffer from chronic migraines as a teenager and they have mostly disappeared. Do you know what could be causing this? Thank you for your time.
