What Causes Fluttering Feeling In The Arms And Legs?

Hi. I am a 38 yr old female and have been experiencing strange sensations in consistent places all on left side. I m just not sure how serious I should take it. Do you have any insight on what this may be? My leg and arm sensations feel like bubbly or fluttering and when it happens in my face.. It feels like a surge of some kind around left eye. Any insight would really be helpful! God bless
