What Causes Fluttering Feeling In The Pelvic Area?

Hi, I am a 58 year old healthy female, for the past month or so I have been having a fluttering _ buzzing feeling in my pelvic area on the right,only last seconds, when I tighten my pelvic floor muscles it goes. Any suggestions?
